Ingredients: Rooibos, Safflower Petals, Rosehip Shells, Calendula Petals, Rose Petals (All organic)
Directions: 1 heaped teaspoon or 1 tablespoon for 250 - 300ml boiling water and infuse for 3-5 mins.
